I just bought a car from here and was massively impressed with the customer service. From the moment I first asked if we could look in the car to driving it away, the whole process was friendly and hassle free. You won't feel any pressure or be bombarded with industry jargon and I was pleasantly surprised by small things like seeing they had fitted very good quality mats into the car having not discussed or asked for them. Overall, the best experience I have had for trading in and purchasing a used car and can highly recommend to others.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Scott was professional, exceptionally kind, and a pleasure to deal with. His communication was outstanding and kept me updated on when the car would be ready to collect. All of my questions were answered honestly, and I never felt any pressure to buy the car I was viewing. Received the best service I could ask for. After 15 happy years, I have just replaced my Merc SLK with a newer version from Scott. Whilst the car looked great and drove very well, the service history was "flimsy" at best. Scott immediately arranged for it to be given a full service and MOT, and I am now a very happy bunny. A very honest, understanding, and trusting man.
