I decided to buy myself a Boxster in January. I have lots of sports cars but have always previously bought privately. I have now purchased my 5th, of a mix of low and high end cars from Alexander David over a period of 7 or 8 years. If I am looking to buy I go there and look around. There's no pressure and no hard selling (useless on me anyway), just the information that I ask for. It's the single most relaxing car dealership I have ever experienced. If I do decided to purchase through them, they bend over backwards to make the sale as easy as possible. Yes I have had a few minor issues over the years but that is cars for you. No dealer can guarantee a second hand (or new for that matter) car 100%, its impossible! but what they can do, in the event of an issue, is sort it out with minimum fuss and disruption. Alexander David do just that. To me that is good sales and good customer service. A rarity these days!

My dream has been realised. I purchased a Mercedes SL350 from Alexander David three months ago after a three year search. The car is true in every detail to that advertised and sold at a very competitive price. Chris the salesman was both extremely helpful and truly professional. I will certainly buy another car from them and I can't recommend them highly enough. Top drawer.
